Пастушки у полі стерегли ягнята,Як новину ту почули, прибігли вітати.
Прибігли, прибігли та й стали питати,Чи дозволить Божа Мати Ісуса вітати.
Ісусе, Ісусе, рожевий цвіточку,Даруй щастя, даруй долю в оцю хатиночку.
Oh, in the field, the field there,stood a little stable.There dear Jesus has been born,the little Child of God.
The shepherds in the fields there,were watching their sheep,When they all heard the good news (of Jesus),they quickly ran to greet Him.
They had quickly run there,then they stood there asking,Will the Blessed Mother of God,allow us all to greet Him.
Oh Jesus, dear Jesus,a sweet rose flower,Grant us fortune, grant us good fatein this our dear home. (to our Ukraine)
