ya salam---its an expression to mean wow.. used to say wow, in amazment.. basically, he is saying she is very fine, wow, and amazing..

if i was to talk about her, what am i going to describe in her (because she has so much good in her)

and all this beauty and not in my dreams i could have imagined it

the eyes are like the nigh, and the eye lashes are full of ku7ul--arabic eyeliner..(in the darkness, for arabs its a mark of beauty.. they think that black eyes are beautiful, comes from years of tradition)
